I used the newest Lemoncraft collection - Autumn Twilight, foamiran flowers created with Lady E Design cutting dies, a gorgeous chipboard frame from Bloomar Designs, and paper elements.

On the card you can also find tiny pumpkins which I made out of air-dry clay and I even have a video tutorial for these:
